Terms and Conditions:

• NEW client bookings should ensure they receive a text or email confirmation.

• Bookings are taken on a weekly or fortnightly basis and payment is required before the start of the lesson or hack, however it is always worth trying for a `short notice booking` if you find you have some spare time available.

• Lesson times run for approx one hour but this does allow for mount and dismount time from the allotted start time, if you are late for any reason we will do our best to allow for this but on busy days this may not be possible. Please allow plenty of time for your journey and aim to be ready at least 15mins before the start of your lesson or hack.

• ALL courses are payable IN ADVANCE and are non-returnable.

• Pony Parties will require a deposit and the balance paid AT LEAST 24hrs before the day of the party.

CANCELLATIONS

24 hrs notice is REQUIRED for all cancellations  with the following means to do so:

Sadly if you do not remember to  cancel should you not be able to ride for any reason you may lose your deposit and a new deposit will need to be lodged before a further booking is made.

During your lesson or hack will will do our utmost to ensure your safety whilst on your horse, however it must be remembered that HORSE RIDING is a risk activity due to `the nature of the beast`, therefore you are advised to carry a Personal Accident Insurance for your own peace of mind.

You are advised to wear BODY PROTECTORS when Show Jumping or Woodland Riding and wear correct riding wear at all times.

• Riding Hat to current PAS 015.
• Jodphurs.
• Long or Short purpose made Riding Boots.
• Long Sleeved top or Jacket.
